Barney is Art

So why Barney Rubble? Well, my searching for an Art Carney photo wasn't that successful. I wanted to find a photo of him in Roadie, the movie with Meatloaf in the lead. I've never seen it and probably never will, but it did have Deborah Harry and Alice Cooper and Ramblin' Jack Elliot and Roy Orbison and a bunch of other people picking up paychecks. Alan Rudolph directed which is a cinch I'll never see it. Oh, but this doesn't clear up the Barney Rubble picture does it? Well, I guess it's common knowledge that the Flintstones took their entire concept from the Honeymooners, which would leave Art Carney with the Barney Rubble role. Fred Flintstone was a mean fat fuck, and you can tell him I said so.
